My work is focused on transforming the Nigerian agricultural sector through development innovative trainings, programme planning, workshops for sustainable Agribusiness and rural development. Adetoro is a member of many professional associations both within and outside Nigeria such as Nigerian Rural Sociological Association (NRSA), Farm Management Association of Nigeria (FAMAN), Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria (AESON), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), International Project Management Professionals(IPMP), Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) He is Team Lead at Agronovo Africa - an agripreneurship hub. My expertise include programme planning, execution of field works, monitoring and evaluation, feasibility studies and business plan development, gender mainstreaming, data management & analysis, reporting, climate resilience/ smart agriculture, human capacity building. I have worked at multiple development organisation to advocate for youth and women economic empowerment.
